Prelate Bishop Juliette Holmes-Campbell of Chicagoland’s Ministerial Alliance under Arch Bishop Dr. Michael K. Roussell Supervision, is the founding Pastor of New Life Christian Outreach Ministries International “A Church without walls” and President/CEO of Women on a Mission Resource Center, Inc.

Bishop Juliette accepted the call to the ministry over 30 + years and have not quit. Her love for God and God’s people has been evident from a very early age and has only grown stronger and stronger. As a Registered Nurse for over 30yrs her love for people has also grown.

God has truly enlarged her territory as she moves throughout the Chicagoland area in the state of Illinois and reaching to various states like Ohio, Arkansas, Florida, New Orleans and Missouri. Her call to the “Fivefold Ministry” is in full operation touching lives here at home and now Belize and Liberia, West Africa. As newlyweds Bishop Juliette Holmes-Campbell and Pastor John Henry Campbell Jr. as a team are pastoring and doing the work of the Evangelist as instructed by God. Spreading the Gospel to the lost, Feeding the hungry, Housing the homeless and giving the Glory to God through Praise and Worship. Under the leadership of the Chicagoland’s Ministerial Alliance Pastor & Bishop Campbell are raising up and mentoring new Ministers who are passionate and committed to the Gospel of Christ. Prison Ministry, Senior Ministry and other Community Outreach programs are just some of their projects.

Women On A Mission Resource Center, Inc. is a Non-for-Profit 501c3 Outreach program is the avenue used to provide services to the churches and small business, seniors and indigent resident within and outside the inner-cities community through the food pantry and CEDA assistance with utility programs and several more resources for housing assistance and even financial reimbursement to those who qualified.

Bishop Juliette Holmes-Campbell has a determination to proclaim the gospel to the world and exercise her gifts in the work of the ministry.As a Registered Nurse and mother of 3 men and 1 young woman she realized a long time ago that ministry should start at home. We thank God that as of today she is so excited to say that all 4 of her children and several of her extended family members and friends have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior through this ministry.

Juliette is most excited to be taking her ministry international by joining resources with ‘Women For Positive Actions’ in Liberia, West Africa. She request much prayer and support as she and her husband moves forward to fulfill the call of God. To GOD be the glory!!
